AUSTIN WONG HARPER

Austin Wong Harper (he/him) is a proud mixed Asian performer based in New York City. He is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre and Dance from the University of California, San Diego. Austin is a member of Actors Equity Association.

Austin discovered his love for performing at the age of six when he was enrolled in ice skating classes and began living his Michelle Kwan fantasy. His involvement in the marching band, orchestra, and color guard in school led him to compete, tour, and perform with the World Champion Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps. Throughout his career, Austin has performed in world-renowned theatres, stages, and stadiums across the country.

Austin recently concluded touring the country with the first national tour of 'Life of Pi' as Richard Parker/Puppeteer, and understudying Mamaji/Pandit-ji. He is currently performing as Henri in 'South Pacific' at Bucks County Playhouse in Pennsylvania.
